Vintage Bavarian Trio of four cups, saucers and sideplates by Gebrüder Winterling

A striking retro set of cups, saucers and sideplates by Gebrüder Winterling A.G of Röslau in Bavaria, Germany.  The fabulous floral pattern of yellow, orange and browns make this set perfect for the modern lover of retro style.  Made in quality earthernware, Gebrüder Winterling was a well known porcelain manufacturer with a long history.  In 1950 the company was incorporated as Gebrüder Winterling A.G and began production of earthernware for mass market. This set would have been one of the designs produced in the 50s to 70s.  The makers mark is on the underside, dating them between 1950-79.
