Details: Designed in the 1970s, we cannot find the designer of this Tulipan (Tulip) vase. We have been told that it is Per Lütken, master glass designer of Holmegaard from 1942 to 1998. Lütken's reputation for excellence often drew murmurs from the company's glassblowers for being too difficult to execute and this piece in large scale handkerchief style would have been no exception.

Rarely available on the UK market, it is a stunning bowl/vase that plays with the light due to its semi-transparency. The soft undulating curves of the bowl and meandering rim height produce a look that can be frequently changed by a simple turn.
